Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. 「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The room I was originally placed in was right next to a bar, so it was pretty loud the first night. However, the front desk was very helpful and moved me to another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious more like a small apartment which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also great and very convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again.」
