"Check-in was easy enough. Arrived a little after 8pm and had to use the night security window. I assume the neighborhood isn't the greatest. I had no issues while there so that was a plus. EZ access to property from the main freeway that sits nearby. Because of the window configuration you won't get any road noise from the highway nearby that literally sits behind the parking lot. The room itself was in decent shape with everything working. Overall, the stay here during a weekend day going into a week was pleasant. Would definitely stay again should I find myself back in the area."

"I reserved this hotel because it looked good in the pictures and it was a low price and I expect the room to be small or not the best thing in the wold but I’m very disappointed in how I found the room, there was a disgusting tabaco smell even though you don’t suppose to smoke in the premises, also dirty floor and blankets with stains and footprints and a lot of cigarette burns in every single one of the sheets and that is not even the worst, the zinc had a lot of hair like someone got a haircut by themselves and nobody ever cleaned the area, how am I supposed to think that they clean the rest of the room itself if they didn’t even had the intention to clean what its basic in the room, had to spend over $100 extra for cleaning supplies and a new sheets because I didn’t even wanted to touch any part of the room specially the zinc area, very disgusting, never again staying in this hotel or any other red roof, I would rather sleep in my car!!! (I didn’t even go to the office to complain because I knew that they are not going to help me or refound me anyway based on other reviews). Nobody went to clean my room after staying, not taking out the trash or put more toilet paper ether. Area seems very dangerous as well. I’ve had stay in cheaper places and at least they were clean!"

"The room is a bait and switch. It looks nothing like the pictures. It no wonder they only reserve to out of staters. DO NOT STAY HERE. 3”bed indentations on both sides of mattress. Looked like someone left in a hurry. Left the TV on, dog paws all over sheets and no blanket. The walls were caked in dirt and oil. Talk about non smoking rooms. The cabinets were broken and the floors were greasy and sticky as hell. The towels had been used and refolded. I’ve stayed at better crackhead hotels and this was by far absolutely horrible. "
