「Excellent location but prepare for the stairs. 」

「My husband and I came to Cefalu for our honeymoon. This was our favorite stay! It had everything we needed, the beach was AMAZING, and it was really just perfect! HUGE BALCONY with an insane view. The little breakfast lunch they had was great!! (We loved the tuna sandwhich haha) Not over the top and full of “fluff” just the most perfect simple get away. 「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...
