「The staff at the house were great. They joyed my stay as my only complaint is the all inclusive does not include food accessible after 9:30pm. Really isn’t all inclusive like other resorts that make sure you are accommodated with access to food and snacks 24/7.」

「Hotel staff was nice and hotel was clean. They addressed any issues we may have had immediately. Most rooms are two twin beds. If looking for a king bed that is not to beds pushed together be specific about it. Room had a nice balcony view of the ocean where you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks. 「The beach was beautiful with very calm water for swimming and enough chairs/umbrellas for everyone. The food was delicious but I hated having to make a reservation for dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower pressure in the room was terrible and there was no hot water. Plus the door to the room was hard to close, even for the staff. The rooms could definitely be updated.」

「The room was clean but unfortunately very uncomfortable. The bathroom lead straight to construction where people were working from 8a-5p (we were barely in but the days we slept in, we’d be waken up by this.) we booked this hotel since it is a 4 star hotel on Expedia, it is indeed not. It’s a three star hotel. Breakfast was not included, was able to use the beach and pool free will. The restaurant at the hotel was decent but paying approximately $80USD for two for just 2 mains was not worth it....
