「The Rumi Punku is a gem, a real oasis in the middle of busy Cusco. There is a gate that is staffed by a security guard, so guests feel safe right from the start. The front desk staff were outstanding, answering questions and pointing out amenities. Tea and filtered water are available 24 hours. The breakfast offered many selections including breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and eggs cooked to order. A delightful place to stay when exploring Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. 」

「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. 「Endroit charmant avec une très belle vue de notre suite. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et servi dans un beau petit coin de l’établissement. Nous avons été un peu saisi par le froid mais à chaque jour, le personnel venait allumer un feu dans le poêle à bois ce qui rendait l’endroit très confortable et encore plus charmant. Je recommande fortement pour une expérience rustique et authentique! 」
