「La chambre était très confortable. Le personnel courtois. Le seul point a travailler c'était la machine à café pour le petit déjeuner. Il pourrait y avoir des cafetières pour du café filtre ce qui eviterait les achalandages pour ceux qui ne veulent pas de café spéciaux. 」

「We live in the area but stayed there for a date night because we wanted to be able to walk from our Omakaze restaurant to the hotel. The Novotel is ideally situated within walking distance of the best that downtown Montreal has to offer. Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and we were even able to go to the bar to ask for wine glasses. We also had drinks with our awesome bartender Kia who was warm and great company. We would definitely stay here again for another date night.」

「Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!!
- Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport.
- The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful.
- Rooms were clean, bright and spacious.
- One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide...

「Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly.
There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast.
Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.」
