"The price charged ($225 per night) was more in line with a 3 or 4 star property. This place was 2 stars at best. Doors opened to an outside corridor. Our room needed major upgrading. Only one plug worked, and that was in the bathroom. There were other plugs, but they were so old the charger wouldn’t stay in. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the tub was peeling and moldings cracked and gave the appearance of being rundown. Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night, so towels weren’t replaced. The pool looked nice, we didn’t use it. We were charged $25/ per day for parking. Again, motels of this caliber never charge for parking. The safe in the room didn’t work and only two lamps provided dim light. The furniture was old and outdated, closet was portable and not built into room. The ironing board didn’t have a pad, so it was basically unuseable. Air conditioning worked but numbers were worn so you didn’t know what you would get. The drapes and blinds were damaged. Overall, the room was very small, mostly bed. The breakfast was run of the mill, like motel food, tasteless. The front desk guy seemed nice and cheerful."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect! Such an amazing location, everything we did was about a 10 minute drive away. The property was so well-maintained, the grounds were so pretty and landscape very well, beautiful flowers, which we so appreciated! The heated pool was so nice after a long day, love that it was open until 10 o'clock! The room itself was so comfortable and everything was so clean. Really appreciated that they had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom! And a mini fridge! The air conditioner Worked so well and the room was so nice and cold quickly. 10 out of 10, no notes! Would definitely come back here and recommend others to stay here 😊"

"This place was a mess. I asked for a bottom floor because I have a bad hip. The girl said there were none available and that it wasn't a big deal because there were only like 12 steps. Apparently, she has no idea how hard that is. Then the keys didn't work. 3 more trips up and down the stairs. Then they wanted us to wait around for maintenance, but I said no because I didn't want to have problems with my door the entire trip. After that, they moved us to another 2nd-floor room, more steps and more pain. The room was not very clean the towels were dirty. The fridge didn't work, and there was a gross towel in it. We could hear every sound the people next to us made. Our feet were black after walking on the carpet. Not worth what we paid to stay here."

"Very disappointing. Had to call 3 times for extra towels and toilet paper. Paid $30 a day for parking and wasn't able to park in parking structure due to lack of parking but was still charged. Had to call a third party vendor who handles the parking issues so hotel was unable to reverse charges. Not impressed."
