「Appalling. Comms poor. Rubbish across both outside spaces. Landlord absent.Front door key card wierd looked like Tesco club card no instructions. No opening bedroom window - black mould on ceiling and around bath. Wall behind loo broken and decor poor. Breakfast not apparent. Bedroom door hard to close due to door not clearing thick carpet. Cheeky note to remove shoes. Full refund demanded but no reply yet. Too much money for place - any money too much.」

「Hotel is convenience and rarely free parking nearby Center of Liverpool One (10 mins walk). Famous fast food shops (McDonald and KFC) just located opposite to the hotel.」

「We stayed for one night in an executive suite and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room. The coffee machine was a thoughtful touch, even though we didn’t stay long enough to use it. The staff were great — when we realised there was only one towel, they sorted it straight away without any fuss. The location is fantastic, right in the centre and close to everything. Although there’s no on-site parking, the hotel offered a discount for a nearby car park just a short walk away. We’d happily...
