Check-in was horrible. Initially advised no clean rooms available although an active reservation was on file. My family traveled in from out of state late Friday night. We waited in the lobby with about 5 other families until around 2am Saturday, for a clean room. I watched about 3-4 other families come in and leave due to no rooms. There were also no clean hand towels during this stay. Please pick another location to stay.

I arrived around 10:15pm and was told there were no rooms available, I told the clerk I had booked and prepaid over a week in advance. He said he just arrived at 10pm as well and didn’t know why the rooms were not available, He finally gave in and had to help several of us out who had all prepaid, he ended up finding available rooms that were not yet cleaned, so he started cleaning after checking us all in, my room wasn’t ready until 1:45am. After waiting almost 4 hours, some others came in during my wait, they also had prepaid, they decided to leave and try to find other hotels, I had to make my own beds when I did finally get in my room, so it was after 2am before finally settling in. Unfortunately I had to stay 4 nights as I had already prepaid. During my whole stay there was never anyone in the office during the day and the gate was always pulled shut and the cleaning crew never came to my room during my whole stay, I will never stay there again. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

This Hotel was a “shell” . It should not been open for business until they were fully prepared to service the guests as promised. At the time of check-in we had an itinerary number that they said their system did not recognize although that is the number that was given us when we booked we were sent away because they were unable to find our reserve. We came back 20 minutes later and insisted they look us up under any information we could provide finally found our reserve we get checked in got to our room and could not find a coffee pot, no Bible, no luggage rack, no coat hangers, no ironing board, No iron, no hand soap,no complementary shampoos, also, no vending machines ,no ice machine in the hallway or in the lobby, one entrance one exit ,no amenities just a weight room with two units what could be called a hall or closet sized room. The entire property was unappealing. There was no coffee in the lobby no drink availability no breakfast no continental breakfast nothing was available and nothing was offered. We were told if we wanted coffee we could buy a coffee machine from them or go across the street to purchase one at Dollar General. I have never seen a hotel open for business and offered nothing. We were not offered a refund. We were not offered a discount. We shortened our stay and left abruptly the next day. I will never stay not only in this hotel but there’s strand of hotels again. This hotel is called Woodspring suites in Prattville, Alabama. January 2026.

Stay away from this hotel. They have management issues. They had to switch me a couple of time on rooms due to blinds did not work and the toilet was completely stopped up. The night clerk was very accommodating. I had to move my belongings a couple of times. I did not like their mattress either on the bed.

The customer service of staff was amazing ! However some of the outlets in the room don’t work unless a light was on . The bathroom sensor light kept coming off every 2-3 minutes while trying to shower.

Once we got settled into our room, it was fine. But we didn't realize that this is an extended stay facility with limited customer service. The first room we received hadn't been cleaned and had no towels or soap. The second was occupied. The third was fine, and clean. It's a great place if you want a fridge and stove--really great for the price in fact. I liked it once we got the right room, but it was disconcerting at first. I appreciated the free coffee in the morning even though there is no breakfast. A good value for what it is.

The service was non existent, overcharged my card 3 different times, smelled like marijuana all through the hotel. Cleaned and washed my bedding myself due to receiving a dirty bed when I arrived. Charged my card 100 for arriving 30 mins early when asked for a receipt the 100 dollar charge was labeled late fee.
