「The location of this hotel is very convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room that I stayed is clean and spacious. With the location being convenient comes with a lot of noise outside. The windows aren't sealed enough to cancel out the noise. The gym is ok, it does not have a treadmill which I get you should be outside exploring if you're visiting. 「Lesson learned. Booked a 2 night stay for 4 of us. We checked in and although I booked a 4 bed private room they set us up in a 3 bed room. Our 4th person ended up not being able to make it so that worked out. But we did pay for the larger room despite not receiving one. In addition the whole house was completely trashed, fridge full to the brim with items and a rancid stench. We couldn’t use any of the communal space at all and we’re pretty much ostracized to our room only. I assume because...

「We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid...

「My kids had a blast! We spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub! The room was nice and clean, but definitely outdated. So if you want a fancy resort style this probably isn’t for you. Families or quiet tranquility this is your place! We also explored the caves nearby and waterfall, definitely a to do! 」
