「We chose to stay at Eagle Crest primarily because my partner is an avid golfer. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing.
At check-in, neither front desk staff member appeared to be familiar with ADA requirements regarding service animals. 「I showed up and the staff all seemed hungover and disorganized. My room wasn’t ready. They couldn’t check me in cause the computer died. They tried to check me in anyway. They showed me my bunk and my linens weren’t clean. They all seemed like kind people. But the vibe was wack. I am not sure why the reviews are so good. Go find yourself a campground.」
