「We had a great two night stay when we visited from Canada. The room was pleasant. The three course meal in the Palm restaurant was delicious. The entertainment in the number 10 bar was very good. The one thing I would suggest is having more staff on the desk at check in time. The staff were very friendly on the desk, in the restaurant and in the bar. Good job Imperial. 」

「We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future.」
