「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」

「An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, plus the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here when I next return to Toulouse.」

「Perfect for our one night stay in Toulouse. Flight arrived late at night and hotel staff were very accommodating. Let us leave our luggage stored securely the day after while we explored the city. 」

「Très bon séjour; Très bien placé à côté de tous les centres d’intérêt et transports principaux. L’accueil au top comme toujours et le petit dej pas mal pour un végétarien. Les chambres ne sont pas hyper bien insonorisés entre chambres mais ça reste aceptable par rapport au reste. 」

「從機場到飯店的接駁車,足足讓我們等了一個小時,飯店與機場的距離才短短5分鐘的時間,我們又再打電話進飯店,櫃台說司機已經在路上,卻在20分鐘後出現,並且一句道歉都沒說,從白天等到天黑, 非常不建議這家飯店,服務太差了From the airport to the hotel's shuttle bus, full let us wait one hour away from the hotel and the airport was just five minutes, we again call into the hotel, the counter said that the driver has been on the way, but in 20 minutes after emergence, and an apology did not say, from day until dark, very not recommend this hotel, bad service.」
