"The location is great The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you can think of. The room & bathroom are cleaned daily making for a very comfortable stay. Very central & free parking lot nearby. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sao Miguel! "
