The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were consistently hot, and the balcony offered a gorgeous view of the city. 「If you are viewing this property from hotels.com, note there is no laundry available. While there was “room cleaning” our towels and sheets were never changed, we were there for 6 nights. We were told we could notify the front desk, however, their hours are so limited that it was tough to coordinate. This place is very basic, the doors are loud and so at night the sounds echo, the beds are comfortable enough. I would recommend this place if you are hoping to stay in ponta delgada on a budget. 」
