"The location is great The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return "

It’s the first time something like this happened to us. We should go to another hotel but we pick this one because of our Hilton points. The other think I don’t like was the room temperature is set so you can’t lower it more than 19 decrees Celsius and that is not acceptable "

"My family and I had a wonderful 8 days at Villa Sal. The house was spacious, beautifully designed with every amenity. We loved that it was off the beaten path and immersed in the local village. The ability to find parking close by, small markets and the pool was an extra bonus. The house was a quick 15 minute drive to Ponta Delgado and Franco do Campo. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a true San Miguel experience. "
