「My room was not ready when I arrived. The room was not made up or cleaned. Bed had been slept in and unmade, trash in the trash cans, debris and garbage on the floor, bathroom was not cleaned. The manager on duty told me that they had one of their cleaners called in sick or did not show. Staff was very nice, helpful, and apologetic. There is a grocery store / hardware store nearby and across the street with all your needs and a pub just down the road. Parking was ample for our stay.」

「We have just spent two nights at the lovely Harbor Inn on Ocracoke Island. We stayed in a Standard room (1st Floor Harborfront King with a private deck). The room was great. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. There was also a little kitchen area with a fridge, a microwave and coffee making facilities.
