「Lovely cottage however when there for work you need two things. Hot water and a bed. Bed were comfy but hot water was absent. Out of 24 showers across 4 adults and 6 days only 3 ran hot. Second bedroom vibrates and is super loud whenever water is running anywhere in the house too. Disappointed as we called the owners and they assured us a maintenance person would come and check and fix this issue, meaning one of us took a day off work to wait for the person. Who never came. 「The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing.
