「The hotel itself was great - beautiful rooms, the comfiest beds, the pool area was perfect! Carina was fabulous - though we were only there for a night in between islands, she helped make our transition smooth and stress free! The location was awesome and in walking distance to the attractions too. My only regret was that we only had one night here. We will be back!」

「Such a beautiful location right on the water. With stunning views of the coast and a black sand beach within walking distance, this hotel was the perfect start to my first time visiting the Azores. Staff was excellent. Pool was wonderful as well as location. 」

「Amazing hotel! Great location in quiet neighborhood. Huge & delicious full breakfast, nice staff. Super comfy beds & pillows; bar onsite. Only issue is slippery shower floor - beware. Great value, very comfortable stay. Will stay again!」

「Room and bedding was comfortable. Location was very convenient. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Location was very walkable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I did think the 7 euros an hour for early check in was a bit pricey. Our only other criticism would be the breakfast room and food were just average. 」
