I truly wish I remembered the names of the staff or had written them down. There was an older gentleman and a woman with braces in the restaurant that were so incredibly attentive and kind. 「Our flight was cancelled so we needed a reasonable hotel near the airport. This hotel was great it was reasonably priced and breakfast was included. Our flight was before breakfast so they packed us breakfast boxes which was nice. We had amazing rooms out our windows. The bathroom was large and clean. Definitely a great stay for our purpose.」

「My wife and I stayed at Dreams Madeira for 5 nights and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious, modern and very comfortable. The room had plenty of space to relax and unwind, and it really made our stay feel even more luxurious and enjoyable. 「This was our second visit to the Savoy Palace and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spotless and the daily cleaning service was very good; in addition, the turn down service was equally good. We ate at 4 of the restaurants at the hotel, each of which had a different style and feel, but the food and staff were excellent in all of them. The highlight was the Galaxy restaurant on the 16th floor. It deserves a Michelin star. We will visit the Savoy Palace again.」

「Check in was smooth, room was spacious and clean. Hotel nicely located near boardwalk. Nice view from balcony. Supper buffet was Latin themed and very, very good, as was the breakfast buffet. Underground parking € was convenient. I would definitely stay again. 」
