"I paid for my family to have our dog with us and one of the staff was telling my son to put it in room as he was walking it out to use restroom.I addressed to her that she shouldnt be speaking to my kids about anything she just shushed me up by throwing up her hand to me as she’s walking away laughing.We asked for a plastic bag and the staff told us we could not have a bag to throw the trash.after we checked in for a family of 5 and we later asked for extra towels she only gave us 2 towels one...
