"Our room was amazing; very large and comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning is probably the best breakfast I have ever seen served in a hotel; plenty of hot items and items for health conscious people. The lobby bathrooms were extremely classy and very clean. The staff was INCREDIBLE!!!! Jeff, the General Manager was very attentive and has a great personality. A winter storm was going on and the hotel was FULL. Jeff was there when I left for work at 5 am smiling and was there by the restaurant at 10 pm still smiling and making sure guests were comfortable. We live in the area but plan on coming back occasionally to have a glass of wine or a getaway just so we can see Jeff and his amazing staff. Food and wine prices were very reasonable! THANK YOU SO MUCH HENDERSONVILLE HYATT!!"

"I actually booked this stay for my son & his girlfriend. They have been there all week due to the ice storms & power outages in Nashville. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff....they were fabulous and so helpful during their stay! Even though the hotel is a little dated.... it is clean, comfortable and has great customer service.. "
