Nice place to stay when visiting Nashville. Close enough to all the events you plan in Nashville but you don’t have to deal with the town traffic.

The rooms were cleaned they just smelled like someone had smoke cigarettes in them all day. The pool was cold even though they say it’s a heated pool. The surrounding area around me the hotel was great though everything from food places to stores were about 15 mins or less.

Manager very rude. I went for my aunt's funeral. Haf to pay $50 for a 45 minute early check in. The room air conditioner did not work but I had to change clothes to get to the funeral for 3 o'clock. Traveled from Houston. Hotel dirty. I will never stay at a comfort inn. Individual owned according to Comfort Inn Corp. Owned by Om Sai 9 LLC.

Rooms were okay, we had to clean the floor in the bathroom because they used so much concentrated cleaner that we almost fell when we stepped in. Postcard that gets left was written on already, didn’t have a “do not disturb” tag for the door. Everything smelled like purple Fabuloso, to the point that I had to automatically put my personal blanket/pillowcases in the wash when I got home. Very outdated shower head with grime in it, ceilings in the room had black spots similar to water mold. Only convenience was it was located almost in the same parking lot as the wedding we were attending for the weekend. That was the ONLY positive.

They charged us $50 for a early check in after we told them we wanted to change for a funeral. The tub was old and nasty the air didn't work in the first room and the carpet and the room had a smell. The staff was rude and because we booked through Expedia they wouldn't give me a receipt after charging my card for a hold when i payed prior to arrival when I initially booked online.
