We stayed there 2 other times before. This last time the quality of the stay has diminished. The breakfast was almost the same everyday. I hope you like scrambled eggs. The choices were very limited. No omelet, pancakes, sunny side eggs for the 5 days we stayed. The pool wasn’t maintained well. Algae was apparent throughout the pool for 3 of our 5 days. The elevators were never vacuumed. They rarely vacuum the hallways. The rooms get cleaned every other day, towels etc. They charge $8 for you to park a car per day That’s why they charge you an extra $50 when you arrive. These are changes from the last 2 stays and the price went up. The staff was very friendly. It just seems like the hotel made cuts that will lower the quality of your stay at the hotel.

The staff has been both friendly and helpful. Very professional and quick to serve. The room is comfortable. The property is nice but a bit worn/dated and there are some areas that are stained (carpet, toilet, bathroom tile) or don’t seem as clean as they could be. I appreciate that it smells clean and there are no stale or cigarette odors.

The property is run down and only one elevator worked. Carpet was worn and dirty, beds were uncomfortable. Also we booked a 2 bed room and they overbooked and laughed when we asked what they would do to make the reservation right. Our two night stay was the worst we have had at a Hyatt Place. It is convenient to the Opry but there are other hotels close by. Look at the others and avoid the worst Hyatt Place we have experienced.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was nice and clean. It was very warm in the hallways. One ice machine wasn’t working, but they looked like they were doing some repairs. The breakfast selection was good.

We enjoyed our stay, however we did not enjoy the Free Breakfast......we did not complain to the staff because after all it was free. You get what you pay for is the old saying. Should we return to Nashville we would choose this hotel again despite the breakfast. Also, no umbrellas at the pool for shade

Staff was very nice. Elevator & halls were hot & smelled bad. Room was not clean….stains all over sofa, carpet beneath air conditioner was saturated & wall looked water damaged. Lights near bed went on & off randomly. Bathroom & vanity light stopped working shortly after check-in. Phone was filthy & didn’t work, so unable to call the front desk. Bucket collecting dirty water in front of elevator. Overall feel of room was grimy.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean and quiet with a reasonable rate. The bathroom is a bit small, but it was fine for us. The shuttle into Nashville for $15 per person round trip was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel in the future.

Property could use some minor upgrades. Nothing to serious. I LOVED the staff. Every single one. They were beyond nice. They helped and made sure we knew we had safe options to travel to downtown. They were kind and great. I did have a few words about housekeeping. Other than we will be staying at this hotel every time we come down. I have never felt safer at a hotel or property than this one in a town I didn’t know.

Needs to clean sheets better but overall was a good experience and the breakfast they serve is really enjoyable and super close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry. Also close to broadway and downtown Nashville area.

The location was great for what we wanted. Bed was comfy room it self is getting old and tired. Was told refurbishing was going to happen. Bit stale smelling threw out hallways and room. The staff was wonderful friendly and very help full.

Overall, good location and room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Elevators need to be cleaned and have new carpet installed. They smell very bad. Also, vent in bathroom does not work. Ceiling is bubbling and peeling.
