It was clean and all of the appliances worked and were up to date. The pool area was well-maintained. The breakfast was hot and the lovely lady re-stocking the items was on top of it! "Nice hotel. Exceptional water park and pool areas. Check-in was subpar and took longer to process than preferred. Room was clean and as described, however, basic toiletries were missing. There was a shortage of clean towels in the common areas and had to wait over 30 minutes for new ones to arrive. "
