No AC almost the whole time we stayed there I contacted the person over seeing the property and nothing was done was told a person would come the next morning to fix ac and no one ever showed up. Last day there as I am removing bedding there were bed bugs found in the beds and the dryer. I asked for a refund for our stay there due to these issues and owner refused to refund my money. Had to throw away all our luggage and souvenirs on our family trip due to this home having bed bugs and not wanting to bring them back to Maine with us. Pool was filthy and not cleaned, insulation and screening and trash found inside pool.. our family vacationed into a nightmare due to our stay at this property.

Clean and well maintained

The property & pool were well maintained and all very clean and well kept. The utensils and crockery were clean and plentiful. Denise the agent was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the TV system. The choice of channels was very limited.

Lovely, clean home in convenient location

This is a lovely, clean home. The owner has done everything he can think of to make your stay comfortable. We prefer to rent a house rather than stay in a hotel - for a similar price, there is room to spread out, it's more private, and we used the beautiful kitchen. The view from the lanai is very pretty with a nice heated pool. We would stay there again if we're in the area.

Home instead of a room

We was looking for a place to stay for 5 nights. I have never rented a house before. I want to tell everyone I wasn't sure how the check-in or check out so I almost stayed in a small hotel room. Man am I glad I gave this a try! I booked it. I followed the instructions to call about an hour out. I was met in the drive way given the keys and walked threw the home. The house was beautiful, spotless, and the pool was crystal clear all screened in. The house allows you to spread out and relax. If you have family and children you have to try this home. You can shop and stock the frig. Cook meals use the gas BBQ. Use the washer and dryer. It's like living at home maybe nicer! At checkout time you make a call about one our in advance and someone comes and meets you in the driveway to receive the keys back. Very nice people. I got a email the next day to tell me my deposit was refunded to my card. It was off my card in 3 days. This has made me now look for houses before hotels. Hotels work for a quick stop off the road. But if you want to spend a few days in southern Florida and go to the beaches and shop. This is the answer. The house set on a nice lake and my boys enjoyed fishing right there. 5 star rating and we will return next year. Thank you for great memories.

Very nice place

The only recommendation I have is that for daily renters the Managment keep the cleaning supplies and propane for the grill stocked. Overall the view, the house and the ammenities were fantastic.
