「Welcoming staff. For my stay l gave it 5 stars because it fulfilled all my purposes. Some of the cabinets are a bit dated but that didn’t bother me. Would visit again. 」

「The accommodation is basic and a bit aged, but the location makes up for it. This makes it an incredible value for money. The unit was clean and spacious and super close to everything, but very quiet and secluded. All basic amenities are provided. The glassware was a bit lacking. We’ve stayed there a couple of times before this stay and will do again. 」

「First impression was WOW! Our rooms were so comfy and cosy I wish we had stayed longer. The bed was extremely comfortable and the surrounding area was excellent for coffee, shopping and walks.」

「Enjoyed collecting and roasting chestnuts picked from the grounds. Quiet. Lovely deciduous trees which are mature size. Good quality fittings and soaps and lotions which adds to the experience. Drove to the surrounding mountains and nut groves. Autumn is a great time to enjoy Bright. 」

「Ended up scoring an upgrade to a beautiful Alpine Cabin - such a gorgeous cabin and awesome view of the river! Easy walking distance to the kids splash park, playground and Bright town centre. Coffee and breaky at Snowgum Coffee van was 10/10 - friendly service and perfect coffee, my daughter devoured the freshly baked muffin and my bagel was delicious! 」

「A very comfortable twin share room with two beds including one queen sized bed. Couldn’t fault the room, the greeting at reception, however during the depths of Winter, arriving at 6.30pm, having the front window shut and perhaps some low setting of heating would have been more inviting on arrival. Even after more than an hour with the heater then put on, the room had only partially warmed up. Even then sleeping at night time was best with the electric blanket on a low setting. Perhaps if I’d...
