Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we were unable to check in until 4pm for our overnight stay and we had to check out by 10am the next morning. Just completed our annual snow trip to Buller. We stayed in a family room. Big room (for the snow) with breakfast included. Amazing location at the top of Bourke St. Proper ski in/out. And the Double cheseburger on their menu is legit! We'll definitely be coming back.

The free breakfast had alot of out of date foods. No clean bowls or cups. But apart from that everything else was fine

Our unit was very neat, clean and comfortable, and had everything wee needed. The satff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make our 4 day stay any more enjoyable We loved the beautiful surroundings on the shores of Lake Eildon, so will definatley be back. Bill & Sue, Wodonga.

Cabin was prepared ahead of time with heater running since it was middle of winter which added to the welcoming...nice!!! Great to break away from city life and enjoy the peace. Very tidy, well maintained and comfortable making our stay enjoyable.
