「Loved everything about this boutique hotel. Everyone went above and beyond helping us with suggestions of what to do while there. The room was clean and well laid out. The breakfast was delicious with many buffet options plus a few made to order dishes. The vibe is modern but welcoming. The pool area is nice - it was chilly while we were there so we didn’t swim, but it was a calm place to sit and relax after hiking. Love that they have a little banana ‘forest’ out back as well as a couple of...

「The room was clean but the building we stayed in had a strange smell that lingered in the room the whole time we were there. It was a good room for one night. I liked how they had a small kitchenette in the room with a good size fridge/freezer. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to swim. The staff was very friendly when checking in and out. We had a hard time finding a good restaurant by the hotel so we found ourselves driving to the next town over to eat our meals. It had a good size...

「Do not expect a 4 star property because it is a 2 star. The property needs a lot of repairs and updates. Breakfast is the same everyday and besides scrambled eggs they have beans and mushrooms, never offered bacon and ham only one day. We booked for 5 days thinking that 2 would be to relax by the pool, but it was closed the whole time we were there. The staff is nice and accommodating and it is the best asset of the property. Also, the location is not the best if you don’t have a car.」

「Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...
