「Sehr sauberes, geräumiges und gut isoliertes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber vollkommen ausreichend und die Lunchpakete reichhaltig gefüllt. Durch den kostenfreien Parkplatz konnte man das Mietauto sicher abstellen ohne lange suchen zu müssen. Zu Fuß waren es ca. 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Wir würden wiederkommen.」

「We liked the private hot tub, especially since the weather was too cold to swim. The room had a kitchenette, which we appreciated since there's no room service and it was 20 minute walk to town. A car is definitely needed for Sao Miguel. The room was cleaned very well, but people aren't very careful and we could see stains on the sofa even though the hotel is relatively new. There was a somewhat small smart TV in the room, but it worked well. Breakfast was basic but included with the reservation...

「The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and...

Most of all Paulo was amazing, upon my arrival he helped me with everything I needed, while also assisting other guest. If I could give Paulo himself five stars I would. The room actually was the size of a small apartment with one room with beds and the other room had a kitchenette, fridge, couch, kitchen table & chairs. My only issue was that our air conditioner did not work properly from the first day & after asking them to send someone to look at the issue, in the end they just gave us a fan!」
