「Our stay was excellent. Our host met us upon arrival and showed us to our room. The check in process was very smooth and our host was very responsive on WhatsApp throughout our whole stay and answered any questions we had. The room was exactly as advertised. Bed was comfortable and shower had hot and cold water, the pressure was also good. Room was very clean and serviced every day. 「dommage la literie... un lit à bascule....avec un sommier à lattes qui se défait.... Un cabinet de toilette petit, une douche petite, mais un service en chambre de lingerie impeccable. Un quartier calme si on laisse les doubles fenêtres femées, bref, un minimum assuré mais 5 étoiles impossibles quand on ne dort pas dans un bon lit....」

「BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES - price I paid on Expedia said the base rate was for 2 people. I originally booked 1 person but since the price covered 2, I brought someone with me. I told the B&B that there would’ve 2 of us a few weeks before the trip. No response. Tren when we arrived - SURPRISE! 126 Euros were added to the price due to the second person. 46 Euros for the “free breakfast” and another 80 Euros for all of the extra electricity an extra person would use. We didn’t even eat the breakfast...

「The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers 」
