「A great, modern hotel with a bit of personality and some great design features.
Our room was close to the bridge so busy with people walking past but if you look past that the views of the mountains were great.
Breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice and a barrister making coffees.
The location of the hotel is very handy, close to buses but also on the trendy side of the harbour with good restaurants nearby.」

Easy to access.
Also the food and drink provide are excellent.

「The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay.」

「Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea.
Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place」

「The best part was the night time view from our window.
And now the reality of actually staying there,
Arctic Mary Rooms "Hotel".
1. Nice front door,with a pile of junk ceiling high at the side.
2. Needed a torch to operate key code pad outside,
making a loud noise with every touch.
3. Boots strewn all over the hallway causing me to trip when entering.
4. Misdescribed Superior Room, no mention of shared bathroom and toilet.

「官網沒有告知熱水供應有限的問題。並且checking in時也沒告知熱水供應有限的事情。導致入住後才發現這項問題，在夜晚零度的時候洗澡到一半沒有供應洗澡熱水，這實在非常令人覺得困擾並且感到驚訝。 立即向櫃檯反應也只是回答30分鐘後就會再次提供熱水。 並沒有說明提供後，還能使用時間限度。也沒有任何方式可以了解現在到底會不會再次發生突然沒有熱水的問題。 櫃檯的解決方式只有提供另一個場地沖澡。但是詢問後，即便到另一個場地洗澡一樣會有這樣的問題。 未來任何人入住，都需要考量這樣的問題並且納入是否訂購該飯店的評估項目。」

「We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost.
But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it.
There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc.
The location is convenient. Most activity gather at the dock behind the hotel (5mins walk).
But it’s kind of noisy at night as there are people at the restaurant or street downstairs...
