"Are you a Hostel person? If so, you will fall in love with this place. Professionally run. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in, with a full kitchen. Rooms are on two levels, ground, plus first floor using stairs. Palms on Parker were able to accommodate me with the incapacity to negotiate stairs. Note, one stair to kitchen, with bathroom limited to those with mobility assistance equipment. Second major note for all: Hotels.com is using AI generated email in addition to your booking...

"Good location, close to shops, restaurants, the river walk and further on the beach. Carpark is building right next to hotel, $15 overnight or $20 multiple entry. Nice and modern, good staff"

"Breakfast was from an a la carte menu with minimal options, albeit pleasant. Eggs were overcooked. Restaurant for dinner was good. Room was comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. Convenient to the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital, within walking distance. Parking was undercover. "

"Great little place, easily accessible via car. Luxury units, done beautifully. We travelled in winter so didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting! Cute little check in desk in the form of a drinks van. Attentive staff who just leave you to relax and shout out if you need them. Excellent value for money!"

"Great location with lots of activities included for the price including kayaking and little caterman boats. Other options such as bike hire onsite at a reasonable price. Kangaroos around the grounds, right outside the apartment door. Staff were courteous and accommodating. The room itself was simple, but functional "

"The power went off on the second night, a electrical problem down the street. The young lady with a young male on duty were so caring walking around each room informing guests of the problem offering assistance to guests if needed. The rooms were nice and clean. The only small issue was that we didn’t know toasters are no longer provided but not a big bikkie. Our car spot was right in front of our door. We'll stay here again. "
