"Informed by staff that parking was available However, there was absolutely no parking and neighbourhood was also quite unappealing. Drove around for hours, then decided to book another hotel."

They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. "This property is across the street from the Guggenheim museum. The hotel has several restaurants that are very good. The breakfast is quite pricey at 35 euros per person.Staff were excellent. My one complaint was the shower which was awkward and sprayed water everywhere."
