"Todo excelente, limpio, espacioso, localización, comunicación todo excepto el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel. En la página dice que tienen Transporte y solo se cobrarían $30.00 dólares , cuando hice la reservación para q me recogieran me dijeron que tenía que pagar $80.00 euros!! Yo les expliqué a la persona del hotel lo que está escrito en hotels.com y no lo aceptaron así que me vine por mi cuenta y sólo pagué $32.00 euros lean bien para que no los engañen."

"The property could do with an upgrade on the kitchen section - only a two section hotplate, basic kettle and general kitchen implements; no oven - all a bit surprising really for a 'Luxury Apartment'. Bathroom, Lounge and Bedroom were fine and more luxurious. Excelent location for a short walk to attractions and excellent aircon which was a must."

"The property was spot on described by the previous review. The floor was filthy, even getting dirt all over my suitcase and our socks. There were spiders in the bedroom. There is a restaurant immediately below the rooms that is quite noisy. "This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. Before arriving they couldn’t let us know if we could check-in early, but once we arrived, they provided the worst directions to their office to store our luggage. We literally had to...

"La stanza sapeva di muffa, molto rumorosa soprattutto al mattino si sentiva chi scaricava in strada dalle ore 6 come se fosse dentro l’appartamento. La finestra non era minimamente isolata o oltre ai rumori Entrava la luce del lampione della strada ma non c’era la possibilità di oscurare. "The location is wonderful. tucked away on a narrow street, convenient to the sea, shops and cafes. The motion detector lights from the neighbors on the street are super helpful. please add a house number on the door for easier identification. Small but comfortable apartment. comfortable bed. the bathroom needs a couple of hooks for towels but the clothes drying rack was useful. the wifi is spotty. and it is quite dark in the space due to being so close to adjacent buildings yet not a problem...
