「Beautiful views, great room, friendly and helpful staff」

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...

「Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. It was great to be able to go downstairs for a swim with islands to sit on just at the back of the hotel. 「It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast.... But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) . 「This is a very interesting place set in an 18C mansion. The owner is very friendly and gave us a tour of the historic public rooms. The room was huge, very well heated (it’s January) and comfortable. The lovely garden under lemon trees was charming. Nice breakfast served in the sumptuous ballroom.」
