「BREAKFAST WAS VERY WELL PREPARED AND THE SELP WAS EXCELLENT A WAFFLE CAME OUT PERFECT, EVEN WITH MY DOING! THE DAILY ROOM CLEANING AND REPAIR (CAME BACK ONE EVENING AND FOUND THE SHOWER GEL BOTTLE LAYING WHERE IT HAD FALLEN IN THE BATH TUB) REPORTED IT TO THE DESK LADY AND IT WAS REPAIRED THE NEXT DAY. THE GLUE STRIP HAD FAILED ! HAD CONTACT WITH THREE DIFFERENT LADIES AT THE COUNTER FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT AND THE COMPANY MUST CARE ABOUT THEM BECAUSE ALL WERE WAY ABOVE OTHER MOTEL COUNTER...

「The room was definitely not as nice as the pictures made it seem. The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes and the room was not very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. I really felt that what I paid was way too much for what we got. This hotel was definitely not worth the over $100 per night I was charged. It was alright for this trip but I would likely not book this property again. For the price their charging, there are much nicer places for less that are not more than a 5-10 minute...

「We came here after booking a hotel that we didn’t feel comfortable staying at. This hotel made us feel very comfortable.front desk was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the area had lots of convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Felt very comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot and we had a great experience. Staying here made us want to visit Columbus and stay here again!」

「We arrived late to find a full parking lot. The staff were nice and helped us find parking on the premises that aren't the usual parking for customers. We got to the room and the shower had hair inside it which was a bit gross and the shower plug didn't work. We never mentioned any of this to staff but Im sure they'd have been accommodating if we had said something. Our final day I went to their breakfast. The coffee was a bit cold and their food options were limited. For it being a free...

「Bed and pullout were comfortable and overall good; however, the bathroom had mold, shower doors were off track and wouldn’t close all the way. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor and the toilet paper holder needed to be fixed. For $250 a night it should have been better maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room itself was clean, excluding the shower mold in the bathroom.」

「Positives: comfortable bed/sheets, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of options and a spacious dining area, convenient location Paid for standard king room five months ahead of time but ended up in an ADA room with the roll-in shower and transfer bench. Bathroom door did not shut and would not latch, which forced a newer couple to take their relationship to the next level (if you catch my *drift*). The toilet was not level and secured to the floor. Fire alarm went off in the...
