I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. First night the sink was clogged, the second night the toilet was clogged and the third night there were cockroaches in the room. They did not make the bed properly in the morning. The bathroom had a sewage smell and the tub was old and run down and my room was next to a back door that people would go in and out of and slam

Helpful staff but the property is very run down. Despite that, the bed and pillows were the most comfortable of our trip. For one night where you just need to sleep it is perfectly acceptable.

For an older Red Roof complex, the rooms and property were OK... The bathroom tub has age stains, but otherwise the room was clean and acceptable...

Older property, a bit overpriced for what you got but excellent staff, very accommodating and that made up for noisy neighbors who were blasting their tv at 10 PM. Staff went right to their room and got them to shut it down. No health club or coffee shop or anything like that. Very convenient location right off 70 in Hebron, and much cheaper than staying in Columbus which is 20 miles west and also one of the top locations in America for bed bugs! That was one reason I stayed in Hebron. Road type food across the street -- Sbarro and Popeyes but also a truck stop there. Overpriced gasoline across the street but very convenient.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean except for floor. I liked that there was no carpet, but the floor needed a good mopping. Staff upon checking in was friendly. It was a restful stay at a reasonable price.
