"The Sheraton hotel and staff was excellent, however booking thru Hotels.com and using their customer service is an absolute joke, the worst when you need a live person to talk to about redeeming a gift card that is still unresolved. I gave up because they are so bad bouncing me around from one person to another than saying my issue can only be handled via email. It wasn’t. Then I was told to call again, but nobody can help. Ffs I hope you never need customer service with these stupid people. "

"Clean well appointed rooms. Restaurant in lobby and The Wilde are both exceptionally good places to dine. The chef at Wilde came out and introduced himself and both he and our waitress inquired as to why we were visiting (myself and two daughters ) and upon hearing our reason, bought us dessert. Incredible service and exquisite food. Would definitely stay again. "

"Very noisy"

"Amazing location, right in the middle of everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pretty rude and uninviting. On our second day there, our ceiling started leaking yellow-ish water and a huge water stain began spreading across the middle of our room. It was growing rapidly yet staff did not want to move us because they would be "upgrading us too much." They did end up moving us but they had not concern toward our time and we ended up without a room for around 3-4 hours so we had to haul our luggage around with us."
