「We had a great time, the apartment was quite spacious (perhaps the wardrobe was too small) and the level of cleanliness was really good. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the use of the parking convenient (although very steep!). The staff was friendly and professional. We would recommend it to anyone who isn't bothered by the constant noise of people and music which does not come from the hotel but from the immediate vicinity of the promenade.」

「We just returned from a wonderful stay at Playacar Palace. Staff, facilities and food was incredible. Location is great - walk to Cozumel ferry with free access to Cozumel Palace hotel - just show your Palace hotel bracelet. Resort credits were very helpful for spa and dolphin swim. Only downside was the lack of beach but everything else made up for it. 」

「位置极佳，距离海滩50米，港口，ADO , SKY DIVE，购入中心都在附近，但不吵。酒店门口和附近有很多一日团，比坎昆便宜。马桶比较老旧，浴室里水比较小，但是整体感觉是干净的。房间内没有wifi，泳池很小，针对白天出门晚上回来睡觉的人来说是个不错的选择。前台人很好，有求必应。」
