Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"The room was always clean, and they were there by mid morning most of the time. The staff was fabulous as they were very accommodating and friendly. We had a room upgrade when we got there as we had no idea! Our room was huge! The pool was also great. If you were there in the morning, beverage a problem finding a place to sit. Some rented the cabanas and it looked like the service was exquisite! I spent two hours at the spa and I can’t say enough good about it. Lucia was a fabulous massage therapist if you want deep tissue massage! I highly recommend her! The food was wonderful! We especially loved the shrimp cocktail at the restaurant called Pelicanos! A small hut close to the pool had wonderful Pome salads, pizza and sandwiches. You are two blocks from 5th Ave. an easy walk. I highly recommend the Hyat Vivid! We will return!"

"Everything is 5 star quality. Really liked the hotel, bar , activities food, coffee bar was my favorite. The staff was amazing. Great job. Family of 6 . ( kids grown up). They all enjoyed . Beach had those sargassum /seaweed, but they tried cleaning every day and the not take away from our experience."

"Our one bedroom was very spacious. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast every morning. The staff were lovely and attentive. The location was great, just steps away from all the shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the ferry and the beach. I would stay here again. The only downside -over which the hotel had no control- was the sargassum at the beach. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Super convenient to go and walk around, but there was no parking anywhere near and nothing is marked or has signs. The bed was clean thankfully the rest of the room wasn’t. The bathroom was full of mould and was dirty. There was hair all over the floor and in the shower. I got what I paid for and had a wonderful time and a safe spot to sleep"
