「We had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya! The staff was great, everyone was extremely quick to give us great service and met all of our needs well! The employees made sure we had a great time! The one down side was the food. It was not terrible, just really subpar. Breakfast and lunch were decent. It was all tolerable but we found ourselves traveling off the resort to get dinner. 」

「The staff is amazing!!! Only draw back would be air conditioner may or may not work and hot water issues but we went to this resort with this in mind. Over all everything was really good. 」

「We loved the beautiful ocean view, the entertainment crew, and the dining options. There was no need to visit specialty restaurants due to the vast and delectable selections on the daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. The chef came to our table at least once daily to ask for advice or recommendations on future meals. There was a nightly activity usually with dancing. Their crew made even the person with the least rhythm feel like they were a star dancer. A few negatives- 1) Only one swim...

「Not a lot of food options, hard to get into restaurants and the buffet food was not good. Had issues with AC in one of the rooms the first two days, got up to 86 degrees. Wish the resort had transportation options since there was limited dining. We had to get a taxi and go into town to get some food. Overall staff was great and facility was nice. 」
