「I enjoyed my stay very much. Polite, smiling and motivated staff, everything clean in room and in the common areas. I would rate it as a strong 3.5 with 4 star amenities. The only thing that needs mentioning is that it’s located on a somewhat run down street. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and the view was pretty awful. I would ask for a rear facing room next time. 」

「L habitacion era muy limpia, nos han asignado una habitacion con acceso a la piscina en la zona tranquila, la verdad que para familias mejor la otra piscina con animacion, asi que en ningun momento hemos aprovechado de l acceso directo a la piscina. L animacion muy muy floja,casi tienes que buscar tu los animadores para jugar o participar algun torneo. tampoco se respetan los horarios y los show que ponen en el cartel. 「Rooms are large and spotless. All staff are friendly. Breakfast is your typical buffet and set us up for the day omelette station was great. We ate lunch a few times and all enjoyed it. My only gripe is the sunbeds they are so uncomfortable we all struggled to spend the day on them. You need a mat if I was to go again I’d take a camping self inflating mattress. The view from the pool is fabulous and the heated pool was great. Before we left we used the free shower room it’s brilliant...
