「The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful. The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. 「I enjoyed my stay very much. Polite, smiling and motivated staff, everything clean in room and in the common areas. I would rate it as a strong 3.5 with 4 star amenities. The only thing that needs mentioning is that it’s located on a somewhat run down street. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and the view was pretty awful. I would ask for a rear facing room next time. 」
