「Took a chance on this hotel just outside of Valencia and glad we did. Right on the beach! Had a decent view of the mountains as well as the beach. Pool was very nice but closed a little early. 「Simple and comfortable hotel with everything you'll need. 15 mins away from the airport by taxi. Booked this place for a stop-over since we're driving to the south the next day. Best thing is that the hotel is right next to the shopping mall Bonaire (3 mins on foot). Loads of shops, restaurants, a big supermarket etc. Good place to spend an afternoon and take a rest.」

「The air condition is very poor in the hot summer, and is not improved for all the three days of stay.」

「New hotel, so clean and tidy. We choose the seaview room and the view is fantastic. The room is rather small and shower place only but not bathing tub. Anyway the toilet is clean. There is lots of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the beach. Parking lot is just 2~3mins walking distance. Nice hotel if you want to stay in the beach.」

「First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute....

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」
