「We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. 「What a beautiful and great hotel. It is a little out of the way but there are regular buses and bus stops close buy. It was perfect for us. The buffet was stocked liberally each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 3 stations/chefs daily and fresh meat/roast area each day, you really couldn’t have asked for more, oh and a morning cava station. Definitely worth all inclusive. The entertainment daily was lovely, sitting out and watching the sunset was perfect. And the staff….well they were so...

「Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. 」

It’s a large hotel and, as others have mentioned, a little dated in places, but the apartment rooms are spacious and comfortable. 「We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks...

「Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...

「Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend, mit viel mehr habe ich nicht gerechnet, da es sehr günstig war. Die Matratze schlecht und im Bett waren Haare. Ein sehr schlechter Zustand im Badezimmer.」
