"Have a great long weekend in May, good location not far from beach. Local supermarket 3mins from apartment with larger Spar being 10mins walk away (great Italian next to Spar -Sorrento di Italia). Lovely balcony overlooking pool with 2 sun loungers, table & 4 chairs although bit tight on space if using all furniture! Also have sofa, nice lounge chair & kitchen table & 4 chairs so plenty of seating options inside. Required to book sun loungers by pool with lifeguard in advance but system seemed to work. Live singers at apartment bar in evening. "

"Apartment was up a slight hill so walking on the other side of the road made it easier. We were given an upstairs apartment over the pool. Huge balcony large living room with sofa not very comfortable had to use pillows from our beds. Water in Sinks and shower very slow going down. Reported to manager. Bathroom door warped with water ingress must have had a flood at some point. Only one socket in the bedroom so the beds were situated as singles. Didn’t sleep with my husband for a week. Didn’t go in the pool too much noise from guests playing pool and a child screaming. Needs an update painting and repairs. Expedia advertising it as 3* but it is only a 2* according to management. The spar supermarket is a bonus just across the road. I would not stay here again but I would choose to stay at the bottom of the road next to the PDC strip."

"These apartments was really lovely short walk to all the bars and restaurants friendly helpful staff would definitely recommend and I will definitely be booking for nxt year "

"Great welcome. I was standing in line. A lovely lady approached and guided to check-in with the representative at the counter who had just finished up with a guest. It was very warm and quick. I got a great room on the main level out of the thoroughfare. The room was clean and made up every day with clean towels and linen. The food amazing and no regrets."

"Location very good 3-4mins walk to main strip. Quiet apartment block. Very clean. Lovely staff. Good size pool."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the Cinco Plazas was immaculately clean , has great facilities for all of the family to enjoy , the staff are most helpful nothing was too much . We booked here as we had a booking in another complex but it was so bad we left and went to the cinco plazas , I want to commend Esteban on reception he was so kind when he heard what happened he upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, I would highly recommend staying here , it is a beautiful complex , our apartment was spotless and it was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided , the food at the pool bar was really nice and quite reasonable , we will be returning to the cinco plazas again next year and will most likely make our stay there every year"

"Nice modern hotel although a couple of flaws in bathroom paint missing from door and badly marked toilet seat otherwise room was nice and kept very clean staff very friendly and helpful pool area nice with plenty of sunbeds The downside was the food not much variation pork on menu every day and salads in a weird dressing I felt the food was not really tailored to English people . Lacking in fresh vegetables and beef lamb and chicken . If the food was improved this could be a great hotel"

"Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view) Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside. Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient."
