「I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. 「Location and staff was excellent」

「The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. As multiple time return guest we got a bottle of red wine, chocolate covered strawberries, and a little cheese tray. It always makes us feel special. The pool is outstanding and with the small size of the hotel it never seems crowded. The staff is AMAZING! We arranged an excursion to Isla Majeures through their travel consultant in the lobby and it went off perfectly. Couldn't be happier.
