「This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! 」

「They offer you a contract and show you all rooms that you can have access if you part of their membership. You spend all day and the beginning they just tell you that they gonna give you a tour but at the end they want you to accept the contract to become member and they get mad at you just because you don’t want that contract. However the trip was for 3 and I have a family of 5 so we booked another room separately. This apparently caused an issue in so many ways. 「Fue horrible, la mujer que me atendió fue súper grosera por teléfono, avisó media hora DESPUÉS de la hora del check in que cancelaba la reservación, entiendo que no tenía agua en la propiedad pero eso debió avisarlo por lo menos un día antes, nos dejó a mi familia y a mi sin alojamiento ese mismo día!
