「Simply amazing! The check-in staff was great and very helpful, the room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. In front of the beach. The hotel has a restaurant and the food was excellent. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely stay here again. 」

There was no water from 3-5 PM in our rooms for 2 days and the person checking us in AT 3:00 should have informed us of that. 「Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.」
