When we arrived, we realized that the toilet wasn’t working. We informed the staff immediately, but nothing was done until the next day, after we reported the issue for the third time. They then moved us to a worse room, with a smaller bed, located right in front of the pool, which was extremely noisy. The Wi-Fi did not work inside the room and was only available on the balcony. Breakfast was very basic, with only two options available: American or Dominican. The staff at the kiosk was very slow. If you need to book a taxi, make sure to double-check 20–30 minutes before departure, as in our case the taxi was never actually booked. Also, reception does not open until 9 a.m. But the hotel has a nice location and is clean , you have a suopermarket next door

🌴 Prime Location with Untapped Potential This beachfront property boasts an unbeatable location—just steps away from one of the most stunning beaches on the island. The views and proximity to the ocean are truly its greatest asset. However, the property itself shows significant signs of wear and tear across nearly every area and is in need of substantial renovation. With the right investment, well-trained staff, and strong management, this place could easily transform into a top-tier destination in Las Terrenas. The potential is undeniable—it just needs someone with vision to bring it to life.

Carmen is a star, great stay!

Bottom line...great location and great set-up where you can snorkel right off the beach. Rooms were clean and nice and restaurant breakfast very good. The property is a little tired and needs more maintenance especially around the pool....but overall, just a nice experience with nice local employees.
